The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order volume and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.00 to €7.00 per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order volume and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.00 to €10.00 per order.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 business days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 business days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). In some cases the delivery takes up to 14 days.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Die Lieferung erfolgt im Inland (Deutschland) und in die nachstehenden Länder: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Zypern.
Versandkosten (inklusive gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer)
Lieferungen im Inland (Deutschland):
Die Versandkosten sind abhängig vom Bestimmungsland sowie vom Bestellvolumen und werden Ihnen im Bestellprozess vor Abschluss der Bestellung transparent angezeigt.
Für Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale zwischen 4,00€ und 7,00€ pro Bestellung.
Lieferungen ins Ausland:
Die Versandkosten sind abhängig vom Bestimmungsland sowie vom Bestellvolumen und werden Ihnen im Bestellprozess vor Abschluss der Bestellung transparent angezeigt.
Für Lieferungen außerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale zwischen 4,00€ und 10,00€ pro Bestellung.
Lieferfristen
Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Deutschland) innerhalb von 3 - 5 Werktagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 5 - 7 Werktagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung). In seltenen Fällen kann die Lieferzeit bis zu 14 Tage betragen.
Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.
Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, wird die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung versandt, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.
